A cleaner has been dispatched by the agency to recover secret codes that have been stolen from the vault. Knowing that a specific subsection has knowledge of all the codes, a cleaner must retrieve a code that will indicate the status of all other codes. He chloroforms agents 2 and 19, both mother and daughter and handcuffs their hands and feet to chairs in their bedroom. He demands the codes then becomes more forceful with the mother. It is likely the daughter does not know but the mother does is what the cleaner thinks so he orally rapes then rapes the daughter to get her to tell him but she still holds out.

Her mind changes when he begins to strangle her on the bed but she still holds out hope that he’ll stop but he doesn’t. With agent 19 near death, she finally tells him the code he’s been awaiting to hear but instead of letting agent 19 go, he kills her and makes sure she’s gone by snapping her neck. The cleaner verifies the code as authentic then releases agent 2 only to have her fight him. He throws her onto the bed then forces her to orally please him at gunpoint. Before she can resist, he grabs her, sits her up and snaps her neck, shaking her neck to make sure it was a clean snap. He then quickly dresses and leaves them both on the bed
